To rise within the township’s 9-hectare Commercial and Boutique Hotel District, the International Corporate Plaza is the upcoming office tower in Iloilo Business Park being developed by property giant Megaworld Corporation.
With 301 prime office units for sale to businesses, start-up companies, and established enterprises, this 19-storey office tower will be the most modern and state-of-the-art office tower in Western Visayas and will be considered as the township’s towering landmark.
The International Corporate Plaza will also be packed with premiere and modern facilities such as boardrooms, meeting rooms, co-working and breakout areas, an Executive Lounge, and a skygarden. Another skygarden will be found at the tower’s rooftop, providing a refreshing, tranquil views of the bustling cityscape as well as Guimaras Island.
In line with the company’s green and sustainable initiatives, additional features of the rising office tower will include use of LED lightings in the common areas such as hallways, lobby and amenity floor; use of dual flush-type water closets in common toilets; and a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) for proper waste segregation and recycling.
The new office tower will also be fiber optic-ready, and equipped with its own seismic detection and monitoring system, building management system (BMS), 24-hour Security and Fire Command Center, fire security system, and a 100% back-up power facility. It’s enhanced security and safety measure features are the highlights of the tower and are considered another first in Western Visayas.
The tower is expected for completion in 2024 and is expected to generate P2-billion in sales for Megaworld Corporation.
